En este camino de crecimiento personal, he encontrado muchas, muchas terapias y terapeutas con resultados tan variables que me hice una pregunta que muchos se hacen. Finalmente ¿Cuál es la terapia o el terapeuta que funciona?
He visto como algunas terapias han ayudado a personas a identificar sus miedos y ayudarlas a sanar, y la misma terapia lograr escasos resultados con otros. ¿Es la terapia?
Igualmente, he conocido a terapeutas que particularmente me hay “abierto los ojos” en un momento dado y al regresar no pudieron aportar demasiado. ¿Es el terapeuta?
Concluí que, en realidad, lo único que nos hará identificar y liberarnos de algún miedo, salir de un momento de caos, entender y comprender lo que estamos viviendo o perdonar, es… la voluntad de quien lo necesita, el profundo deseo de estar en paz. Solo cuando tenemos ese deseo auténtico y no negociable de estar en paz, de liberarnos, en ese momento, todo comienza a “caer en su sitio”.
Y si necesitamos ver algo del pasado, quizás tengamos una regresión espontanea para identificarlo. Si queremos auténticamente perdonar a alguien florecerá de nuestro corazón una compasión no conocida hasta ese momento. O si deseamos dar un paso y estamos llenos de miedo, si realmente lo queremos dar, podremos vencer el miedo sin darle demasiadas vueltas. Y si necesitamos un terapeuta de guía, atraeremos el indicado para lograrlo. Y si necesitamos información, seguramente llegará un libro, recibiremos un email o participaremos de alguna conversación en la que “justamente” están hablando de lo que necesitamos saber.
Así, cada vez que una terapia, un terapeuta o un libro no parecen estar dando resultados, me pregunto ¿realmente quiero estar en paz con esta situación?

Absolutamente de acuerdo contigo. Mi inquietud es justamente, qué hace que para algunas cosas nuestra voluntad sea tan clara, tan fuerte, tan arrolladora aun sin saber si la decision es la mas acertada o no, mientras en otras situaciones, no importa que tan racionalmente perfecta sea una determinada accion y que tan conciente podamos ser en activar nuesta voluntad, simplemente el "clip" no llega...Quizas la decision se produce en un nivel de consciencia que aun desconozco.
